The Learning Consultant is responsible for providing learning and professional development support for long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfil their potential and elevate their performance. The Learning Consultant will work closely with members of the training and quality teams as well as account leadership team to ensure learners are fully engaged and all learning plans are being executed.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Executes on new hire learning plans (this may include individual and group team training/coaching)
Assesses trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training
Reports on progress of employees
Serves as the subject matter expert on processes/procedures and advises employees when they have ongoing questions
Mentors new and experienced team members
Conducts regular observation and feedback of team members
Makes suggestions on improving work procedures
Makes suggestions on additional trainings/learnings that may be needed
Completes additional duties and assigned projects as needed

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· A high school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred
· Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience with documented performance excellence
· Training experience/education preferred
· Technically savvy, strong aptitude to learning technology and using internet based systems.
· Moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
· Adaptable in approach and work style to changing demands, circumstances and fast-paced environments
· A strong sense of urgency, the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
