You will be responsible for people management from performance, motivation to planning vacation or shift management.

Your day to day activities will include:
·  People management:
·  Performance management
·  People development and coaching, high performance leadership and motivation of team members
·  Support selection of new team members and education according to agreed plan
·  Retention and attrition management
·  Manage band and salary structure
·  Vacation planning
·  Attendance and shift management, planning and evidence
·  Develop and implement an “end-to-end-HR-process”
·  Foster teamwork and inclusion among all employees - across locations, cultures and geographies
·  Meet Problem & Change target
·  Workload distribution and coverage
·  Support new workload transfer
·  Services provision
·  Implement management system, all relevant IBM processes, documents, documentation , evidence, measurements
·  Continuously increase customer satisfaction
·  Department expenses management
·  Efficiency initiatives and cost saving
·  Compliance management
·  Client Innovation Centre Brno Procedures and instructions implementation
·  Health and safety compliance reporting and evidence How your profile should look like:
·  University degree
·  At least 2 years of experience in direct people management
·  IT background (at least good technical understanding of IT services)
·  Experience in „service delivery“ and multicultural environment
·  Accountability, ability to take challenges
·  Strong team player
·  Fluent English
