Job description
This is a part-time assignment for students with duration of 8 month allocated to one particular area in technical architect group, where you will get an opportunity to shadow assignments, get assigned individual task and receive mentoring from experienced members of the team. We will assign you to 1-3 technical architects that specialize in different industry verticals (banking, telco, public, natural resources, etc). This is to accelerate and support your career to develop into a future professional. Individual will interact with subject matter experts and experienced architects, helping to solve real business cases. This helps individual to learn quickly the specifics of the industry and understand the intricacies of the work that Industry Architects perform in IBM.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Working with experienced architect to help solve real business cases- Perform research on market needs and available solutions within IBM as required by your mentor- Assist in demonstration preparations and proof of concept development- Assist in preparation of technical and marketing documentation to accelerate presales activities.

Required:
- Working towards higher education degree - Technical/engineering/ analytical education- Fluency in English and Russian languages- Seeking creative, innovative and open-minded individuals- Ability to read technical and analytical documentation and synthesize the information - Good communication skills- Ability to work in a team

Preferred:
- Good communication and presentation skills related to technical subjects
- Understanding the latest trends of IT industry and hot topics (AI, Machine Learning, Virtual Assistants, Blockchain, IoT, Cybersecurity)
- Understanding the basics of IT technologies and Web stack (HTML, Java Script, Python)
- Ability to build, manage and raise internal / external Hi-Tech and University communities
- Confident with blogs posting, social media footprint, participation in public events, hackathons and conferences.
- Creation of useful/reusable assets and deliverables, prototyping and designing skills.
