Job description

The Business Analyst identifies the business needs of the organization's clients and stakeholders. Having specific knowledge of the Russian banking environment, banking business processes and front-office banking systems context, Business Analyst is in charge of conducting client workshops and interviews, facilitation and documentation of discussions, analysis and verification of requirements, business process decomposition and design. The candidate should have no less than 1-2 years of experience as business or system analyst in one of the top-100 Russian banks or a software development vendor working for the bank. Must have have an outgoing personality to easily connect with Client stakeholders and IBM team. Knowledge of RUP, Agile or other software development methodologies is a plus. Should be familiar with key diagraming techniques (for example via UML), able to read application architecture diagrams and be familiar with GOST 34 and 19. Should have understanding of the current and future electronic banking.

Requirements:

-Knowledge of the retail and/or business banking processes
; -Knowledge of the key product and service offerings of the typical bank
; -Knowledge of requirements management process, business process engineering, use case specification
; -Familiarity with typical high-level banking architecture (preffered)
; -Knowledge of UML (preffered)
; -Familiarity with Agile, RUP (preffered)
; -Familiarity with GOST 34 and GOST 19 (preffered)
; -Familiarity with the current banking legislature, especially dealing with internet/electronic banking (preffered)
