Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be part of payroll team as bilingual team member interacting with customers and assist other team members to complete monthly activities. You will gain knowledge on Japan payroll as well as SAP/SuccessFactors end user concepts.
Responsibilities:
· Attend the daily transition calls, understand the requirements, interpret JP to EN & Viceversa and ensure the process is fully learnt and documented with accuracy.
· Translate the JP documents and reply to customer mails.
· Adhere to strict deadlines.
· Understand Japan statutory requirements and process the tasks.
· Learn and Execute Payroll related activities with Japanese language dependencies
· Shift will be aligned to Japan Timing
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Good understanding of Japanese polite forms
· A High level of accuracy in content translation.
· Ability to grasp new concepts and act independently.
· Good MS office skills especially excel basic formulas.
· Proven interpersonal/communication and presentation skills.
· Good workload management skills and an ability to work to deadlines.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· Preferred SAP end user knowledge
· Candidates worked in Japan projects are preferred.
· You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
· Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
· Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
