Your Role and Responsibilities
You should be the speciality and knowledgeable in SAP / SAP Success Factor end-to-end payroll processes to guide standard best practices, provide support and address recovery queries and escalations, identify opportunity areas, design new processes and implement new/improved solutions to improve results and increase productivity, and to identify risk areas and corresponding mitigating activities for any special handling or deviation to the standard process.

Responsibilities:
·  End-to-end payroll process in SAP / SF to deliver best practices, provide support and address Payroll-related queries and escalations and identify risk areas and corresponding mitigating activities for any special handling or deviation to the standard Japan / India Payroll process.
·  Process Payroll in SAP / SAP Success Factors timely and accurately (both recurring and off-cycle) - includes all wages, taxes, deductions, payroll imports, interfaces and other payroll processing activities
·  Maintain payroll information through the collection, calculation, and entry of data
·  Act as a subject matter expert for our employees—providing accurate, timely and high-quality support with their questions and concerns with the resolution
·  Comply and stay current with country-specific tax legal requirements enforce adherence to requirements; advise management on needed actions
·  Ensure all transactions processed are compliant with country-specific regulations, company policies and practices
·  Maintain and grow strong business relationships with internal partners including Accounting, HR, Taxation and company management

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  2 to 3 minimum years of experience in SAP Payroll Processing.
·  Good understanding of India / Japan Payroll Process
·  Good understanding of Payroll & and statutory deductions.
·  Good HR Accounting skills to track and close accounting open items.
·  Good IT skills including experience working with Excel and workday / SuccessFactors
·  Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
·  A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
·  Good workload management skills and an ability to work to deadlines

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Strong knowledge of SAP HRMS and HR accounting of AP Countries.
