Job description
IBM CIO is seeking a self-motivated individual with attention to detail to perform the Iteration Manager role. This person needs to be an excellent communicator and have an eagerness to learn the ServiceNow@IBM program. The team the Iteration Manager will be working with is responsible for the ServiceNow platform implementation to IBM internal enterprise.
Responsibilities:
· Lead squads using full Agile methodologies and best practices. Backlog and Funnel Management, Iteration Planning, Sprint Execution/Management, Showcase and Retrospective are on a two-week cycle.
· Analyze impact of business requirements to develop Epics, Features and Story details across squads
· Focus on continuous improvement, innovation/automation, increased velocity to deliver.
· Demonstrated organization and communication skills, especially with management and executives.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· 3+ years of experience in leading within an Agile environment, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Automated Testing, and Agile Metrics.
