Currently IBM Security Services division is looking for candidates for IT Security Applications Administrator - PAM CyberArk role. As an Security Applications Administrator you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting security applications and tools such as ISMS, GRC (RSA Archer), Qualys, SIEM, FortiAnalyzer, Proxy servers, AlgoSec, CyberArk. You will work within the IT Security team which provides security and technical services to meet business needs.

Your expertise will prove useful as you serve as a technical advisor and often the single point of contact for certain application. You will provide recommendations, update documentation, and present best practices to the whole team. The communication is essential as you work with key business groups including management team, application subject matter experts, Cybersecurity team and other application dedicated teams.

Main tasks and responsibilities will include:
·  Act as primary point of contact and reference point on PAM application related topic - CyberArk
·  Perform Privileged Access Reviews, Compliance Reporting, Access Control Processes and other associated tasks with Privileged User Management
·  Services including, configuration, troubleshooting, operations and management of the CyberArk application.
·  Escalation of Vault Administration items for resolving issues and resolving customer escalations
·  Participates in the analysis and development of documentation and projects to improve security
·  Provides support for the project initiatives as a Vault Admin
·  Implement tactical tool and process improvements related to CyberArk solution

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Experience in Privileged Account Management with Cyber-Ark solution
·  3+ years' hands on experience with security or business applications administration in production environment
·  Experience in performing Privileged Password Management with fair understanding the underlying business processes
·  Experience with PAM Operational tasks – Defining Access Control, User Entitlements, Manage Applications Credentials, User Access Policy Management
·  Knowledge of UNIX/Linux administration
·  Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory skills & related technologies,
·  Understanding of middleware and other related technologies such as databases, application servers, directory, proxy, web and authentication servers, Network and Vulnerability scanners (Qualys), GRC pltaform (RSA Archer)
·  Good communication skills (effective cooperation with staff with different levels of technical understanding)
·  English knowledge is a mandatory language requirement
