Your Role and Responsibilities
As the PM and BA for the IT Retail&Commercial team, collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams to manage delivery and operations.
1. Responsible for the delivery of retail team related projects/CRs, communicating with various internal and external teams, promoting project progress, and tracking performance after project launch.
2. Analyze requirements from within business or IT, determine management priorities, and provide solutions.
3. Operation and maintenance of existing projects:
a) Review supplier operation and maintenance monthly reports, manage SLA, handle various incidents and subsequent optimizations.
b) Perform migration optimization and resource management analysis for existing system VM ->DevOps/PaaS.
c) Transfer knowledge of L1-L2 and collaborate with the operations team to provide optimization suggestions.
4. Complete the documentation for each stage of the project and handle the process and form filling in the client system .
5. Cooperate with changes in other peripheral systems.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· More than 5 years of IT project management experience.
· More than 2 years of experience in the retail fast-moving consumer goods industry.
· Good communication skills, proactive, with experience in direct communication with business teams, and experience in working with multiple departments is preferred.
· Optimistic and outgoing, adept at problem-solving, with experience in coordinating development teams.
· Experience related to Azure DevOps/PaaS.
· English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· Cooperation or development management experience in CRM systems/data dashboards and other related systems is preferred.
· Priority given to having a development background.
