IT Business Analyst: System Support / Testing

Job description

Purpose of the job:
Providing technical system support and performing application testing related activities for Finance business applications.

Key duties and responsibilities:

·  Participating in diverse Agile ceremonies (standup, showcase, retro) to discuss status of project activities, actions, tasks, blockers; providing input about completed and closed items
·  Developing own skills and knowledge with fitting to business strategy. Building the gathered knowledge into team knowledge
·  Maintaining applications and providing technical issue resolution
·  Learning and understanding the architecture of different business applications
·  Providing application and middleware support
·  Creating test cases and performing testing activities
·  Creating and maintaining reports
·  Recommending process/systems changes and contributing to the whole lifecycle of the projects/CRs (design, development, testing, deployments)
·  Ensuring the security and compliance of the application and keep legal and internal regulations

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Very good analytical skill
·  Very good application (excel, LN, Microsoft, etc) knowledge
·  Experience in manual testing
·  Good English knowledge
·  Business analytics is an advantage (SQL, relational DB)
·  Project management skills
·  Problem solving and visualisation of problems and solutions
·  Good time management with ability to prioritise effectively
·  Ability to adapt and manage change effectively
