CIO Identity is an organization within IBM Network Engineering and Information Security. CIO Identity's mission is to provide frictionless, secure, state of the art access to Enterprise IT Resources. We provide services for authentication, a centralized platform for access management and a core set of foundational services that include Identity for IBMers worldwide.
CIO Identity Provisioning is the cloud-based infrastructure and service that is transforming our id and mail creation process while delivering a more simplified experience. We are seeking a strong IBM Security Identity technical developer to join our Austin-based team. We are looking for a true team player that can work on development, testing, rollout, and support of a Global provisioning system for IBM. This candidate will need to have a background with Identity products and tools, as well as a suite of skills that will support this initiative. The candidate will need to be a self-starter, able to work independently and also as a member of a worldwide team that consists of developers in Europe, support personnel in Bratislava and China, and with focal points in all the major geographies.
Job Duties include:
· Modify existing ISIM 6.0 custom Notes adapter and workflows
· Create custom code for additional workflows and supporting documentation/regression test cases
· Create and deploy monitoring/alerting solutions
· Configure the application as needed
· Create/modify lifecycle rules and recon schedules
· Assist with capacity assessments/planning and performance reviews
· Create/maintain technical support documentation/desk procedures
Own, address, and close L3 problem tickets
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship (green card holder or US citizenship required)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· A minimum of 5 years' experience as an IBM Security Identity Manager (ITIM) developer and support personnel
· Specific Technical: Application development in Java, JEE, XML, HTML, JavaScript, supporting AIX, Linux, Windows, Websphere, Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI), LDAP, DB2
· Ability to support APIs and other interfaces with tools owned by various organizations, including an HR portal, DRMS, Enterprise Directory, and SmartCloud Notes (SCN).
· Demonstrated experience in Agile Methods and Tools (Github, Jira, etc)
· Experience in production support
· Demonstrated effective communication skills in a high-profile environment.
