Job description

As IBM i SME you have expertise in one or more server technologies, including different hardware architectures and operating systems. You will build proof-of-concept solutions with server system technology and design server solutions to address client requirements. You will apply technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions and as a part of Support typically have responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and critical customer situations with iSeries / IBM i infrastructure.

·  HW knowledge
·  OS400 installation; configuration - troubleshooting
·  BRMS; backup management experience
·  Disaster Recovery experience
·  PTF installation
·  Security setup
·  CL or RPG
·  DB2 UDB Fundamentals
·  SQL Experience
·  PPRC, Flash Copy, Power HA
·  VIOS knowledge
