IRT Business Analyst

Job description

This position belongs to the Europe Client Services squad located in Budapest as part of the European IGF CIO organization within CIO Services. This squad is responsible for IT transformation and support activities for IGF business applications.

The purpose of this job is to support the business applications with special focus on IBM Registration Tool. Main role is to actively participate in boarding projects and support IRT daily operation activities (these include work with customers, technical teams in any issues regarding their reconciliation issues, setup issues, customer access issues).

Main responsibilities:

· Support the existing business processes implemented in IRT system especially the boarding processes. Support means technical and business support reported by customers or application teams towards the IRT squad.

· Deliver project related commitments based on the agreed timeline.

· Support the operation of IRT system based on system strategy, defined by technical owner;

· Follow and review Client Services and IRT related support instructions and procedures, propose changes if it is required;

· Support the communication between users, application teams and service provider, direct communication with these parties in case of any system changes, outages are affecting them;

· Take care of the knowledge base for IRT, means updating of FAQ database, internal service document libraries, measure customer or 1st level service team's knowledge, propose training, consultations or any changes if it is necessary.

· Support CIO organization in Client Services related projects;

· Follow the strategy of Client Services, CIO Services, IGF and global IBM;

· Follow quality standards are defined by the company, do the daily work according to these;

· Report to direct leaders (iteration manager / team leader / functional manager / technical owner / project leader) if any deviances are recognized and make the leaders up-to-date on project activities, actions, daily tasks; do documentation about completed and closed items

· Develop own skills and knowledge to fit to business/application/CIO strategy, build the gathered knowledge into team knowledge

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

· University or college degree in IT field;

· Fluent English (written and verbal).

· Min 1 years experience at IT support field (SQL, scripting, MS macros);

· General financial and IT service skill;

· Knowledge in general IT systems and architecture field;

· Access management and business controls/compliance experience
