Internship: Marketing & Communication

Job description

There is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative, collaborative, well organised intern to support the IBM Asia Pacific communications team. In addition to supporting on a number of defined areas, the successful candidate will work with the team to contribute a fresh perspective to existing communications activities.

The role works closely with the office of Harriet Green, General Manager, IBM Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:

·  Social media: work closely with the Asia Pacific social media manager tracking opportunities to engage in online discussion and engaging in the maintenance of various social media platforms.
·  External communications: news monitoring, identification of potential media opportunities.
·  Video filming: support on video shoots and photography, contribute creatively to video briefs.
·  Internal communications: logistical support for employee engagement events, monitoring internal communications channels for conversation generation opportunities.
