Internship:IBM Club Project Manager

Job description

The candidate will be applying for a role as IBM Club Project Officer Manager reporting directly to the IBM Club President.
IBM Club is a platform that plays a pivotal role in creating a robust community with forward-thinking employees, facilitating a comfortable environment, societal and client value that increases IBM's performance.
Responsibilities :
Assist with planning, preparation and execution of IBM Club events
Compose electronic direct mail (eDM) inline with digital campaigns for events and offers / promotions
Maintain relevant IBM Club documentation and web properties such as Wikis, operating guidelines
Capture meticulous meeting of minutes so stakeholders are aligned to understanding, expectations and actions

Skills :
Microsoft Office
UI-based website development
High aptitude for verbal and written communication
Creative design skills (preferred)

Those with a passion for bridging and bonding people and communities would be ideally for this role.
