Internship is a part-time assignment for active students willing to pass within IBM their practice related to University diploma as a required part of their academic program.

We are looking for students of the last year of studies to become a Junior Data Scientist/ Data Analytic.

In this role, you will be assisting the project teams with creation of industry anthologies and working on proof-of-concept demos. You will get some understanding of processes and terminology in banking, law, healthcare, etc. You will get familiar with Watson family of products, including Watson Explorer, Watson API on Bluemix cloud.
What we offer:
·  20 hours per week (flexible schedule agreed with manager)
·  Duration – 9 months
·  Monthly scholarship in amount of 22 500 rubles gross
Requirements:

·  Students of the last year of studies ( Mathematic/Statistics/Data Analize)
·  Fluency in English and Russian
·  Communication and interpersonal skills
·  Basic programming skills in at least two of the following: Python, R, Scala or Java
·  Knowledges of Machine Learning (data ingestion, feature engineering, modelling including ensemble methods, neural networks, natural language processing, predicting, explaining, deploying and diagnosing over fitting)
