Integration Operations Leader

IBM Supply Chain is currently hiring an Integration Operations Leader.

Location: This person needs to be in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina area.

Responsibilities include:
·  Support VP BM Supply Chain on topics pertaining to IBM Systems Brands
·  Interact with all Supply Chain organizations including Engineering, Supply Assurance, Manufacturing, Transformation and Operations to address challenges
·  Lead / coordinate transformation teams and initiatives (Agile, Skills, Cognitive, Analytics, Innovation)
·  Design branding and communication strategy for VP-SC for internal and external engagements
·  Influence and orchestrate management system cadence for global reviews
·  Develop / cultivate relationships with key external SC event / conference coordinators
·  Leverage IBM as a global company to achieve Supply Chain's business objectiv Attributes:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  At least 8 years of Supply Chain Experience
·  At least 3 years of People Management Experience
·  Management experience in a Global Manufacturing facility outside USA (i.e. GDL)
·  Technical aptitude with ability to understand and succinctly communicate value.
