Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate Developer at IBM, you'll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems. In your role, you will be responsible for:
Your primary responsibilities include:
·  Working on the end to end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation.
·  Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined.
·  Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Infrastructure Specialist (Unix, SLES, SLES Installation, Python, Ansible)
·  The Operations team is responsible for server mounting/installation/configuration/support
·  change OS version etc)/decommissioning of the Linux/Windows/AIX Servers.
·  The servers are hosts of various applications: - Operating System UNIX, SLES OS SLES
·  Installation, Python, Ansible, bash/shell Scripting

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Solid understanding of agile methodologies, Strong communication skills, fluent English
·  Programming background with good knowledge in a modern programming language such as Golang or Python, Previous experience working with an external customer/being a consultant
·  Experience working in international environments with geographically dispersed teams, Previous experience coordinating a team up to 5 team members"
