Your day in the role will include...

The Chief Information Office (CIO) that provides IT applications and infrastructure services to IBM Business Units and to IBMers worldwide. Our mission is to provide a productive environment for everyone at IBM. We do this by leading with Design to drive simplicity and ease of use, Engineering the systems that own the business, and Innovating to transform the business.

Infrastructure is the foundation or framework that supports all the CIO applications in the sub domain under Global Business Partners.

In computing, information technology infrastructure is composed of virtual resources that support the flow, storage, processing and analysis of data. This business unit supports the delivery of all the sub domain GBP applications like Deal Registrations, Partner World Portal / Console, Scores, PCS and some other small applications as well.

Bid Risk Evaluation Tool (BRET) is part of the Special Bid e2e process for Business Partners (BP). The application will read BP special bid requests and provide a new indicator that specifying whether a bid is a Government Owned Entities (GOE). IBM's existing BP Bid Submission tools are integrating with the IBM BRET as source systems. BRET identifies and highlights Bids for further review by assigned Center of Competencies (COC) for each Country/Region.
