As an SAP Business Analyst, you will lead IBM into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. The success of IBM is in your hands as you transform vital business needs into code and drive innovation. Your Role and Responsibilities :

The team is collocated in an agile open space and uses physical and virtual tools to collaborate and manage their work. The secret to success is our people and culture. We enjoy building quality products, crafting an amazing user experience, and having lots of fun in the process. This position is located in Raleigh, NC (Research Triangle Park) with other experienced IT business analysts and developers. No remote opportunities exist.

What you'll do:

• Learn and understand the architecture of different business applications.
• Implements new or maintains existing business solutions in SAP (FI, CO) area based on user requirements analysis, following through the change management process of the application.
• Proposes, programs and configures, documents and tests business solution in SAP (and connected systems) according to the functional and technical requirements.
• Create test cases and perform testing activities, following processes through deployment.
• Builds professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, supports for development of business possibilities and for personal development
• Leads enhancements, holds discoveries, drives issues for resolution and meets delivery deadlines
• Ensure the security and compliance of the application and keep legal and internal regulations
• Contributes to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of communication skills and cooperation; reaches and realizes project aims and outputs
• Participating in diverse Agile ceremonies (standup, showcase, retrospectives) to discuss status of project activities, actions, tasks, blockers; providing input about completed and closed items.
• Work in an Agile environment
• Developing own skills and knowledge with fitting to business strategy. Building the gathered knowledge into team knowledge.
