We are looking for Identity and Access Management specialists who hare passionate about logical IAM. Following Secondary Controls we need experts who will ensure the primary controls are executed effectively. UID secondary controls are encapsulated under UID revalidation and include Employment Verification (QEV), Continued Business Need Revalidation (CBN), and Privilege Revalidation (PRIV) as also privileged authorization review.

Security and Business Compliance which has coverage across the following domains: open systems, workplaces services and service management. This is a senior role engaging with the customer, auditors, and the delivery environment. This position is designed for an experienced IT professional with a broad understanding of outsourcing business, compliance, risk and audit.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure that the recorded requirements as described by the process owner are delivered as agreed
· Provide advice to the process owner and management on procedure performance
· Create documentation when required, to meet specific customer or technology needs
· Maintain a specific Revalidation Schedule for each Customer Account indicating when QEV, CBN/PRIV are due (or should start) for each platform
· Perform the procedure, resolve issues, report progress
· Raise Change Ticket to initiate manual UID Extractions and to request extracts for ‘missing' UID extractions
· Verify that UID extracts are from the appropriate Global UID Extractor
· Raise tickets to initiate required corrective actions (e.g. UID corrective actions, UID disables/deletes, or UID Label syntax corrections)
· Provide the process owner / delegate with details of Customer UIDs and Privileges
· Provide processing evidence and support during UID Revalidation audits
· Provide processing evidence for KPI reporting
· Initiate creation and on-going maintenance of the scheduler and logical grouping of revalidation scope per customer
· “Offline” labelling of UIDs where required and agreed Requirements:
· Customer oriented spirit and are service minded
· Structural approach on running process
· Good communication skills
· Good transversal technical knowledge in order to be able to speak with all other IT delivery teams
· Be familiar with the IAM concepts and are ready to enlarge your knowledge on the subject
· Be familiar with the IT security aspects of a multi-platforms environment (work in collaboration with technical, Security, Compliance, .. teams)
· Autonomous, you are able to integrate easily in the current team
· Proactive, analytic and meticulous
· Active knowledge of English required, knowledge of French or Dutch are an asset
· Eminence in using Active Directory
