As a Business Analyst, you will be integral to the invention and innovation process. You will analyze and draft stories for exciting solutions that change the way both IBMers and IBM clients work. You'll work in a collaborative, welcoming environment where new ideas drive technological transformation. We work in small, cross-functional teams with big goals, so you will need to be adaptive and adept at clear communication. We strive to produce scalable solutions, and you will need to be detail-oriented and understand technical concepts. The following are a part of your skill set.

·  Adaptive to ambiguity and willing to change in an Agile environment
·  Excellent communication skills - you will need to elaborate technical requirements to business value and vice versa
·  Experience working with project planning and collaboration tools such as Jira
·  Comfortable multi-tasking and working as part of a global team, as well as working independently and taking ownership
·  Experience working in a dynamic, cross-functional team

·  3-5 plus years of Business Analysis Experience
·  Meaningful experience analyzing complex problems and translating those to modern technology solutions
·  Project Management experience gathering requirement and analyzing requirements
·  Working with IT professionals in translating the business requirements into IT solutions
