【具体的な仕事内容】

・Sourcing：参加する就活イベントや掲載媒体の選定

・Sourcing：採用パンフレットや企業説明プレゼンテーションなど、各種ブランディング資料の作成

・Sourcing：就活生を主対象とした外部セミナー・学内セミナー・自社セミナーの企画および参加

・Sourcing：就活生を主対象とした外部セミナー・学内セミナー・自社セミナーに協力してくれる社員のノミネーション

・Selection：選考プロセスや選考方法の選定、グループワークなどで使用する選考資料の作成、選考方法などに関する面接員トレーニング実施

・Selection：選考実施時期や会場の選定

・Selection：ビジネス側へのレポーティングと採用状況のトラッキング

・Selection：書類選考

・Selection：選考前日までの事前準備、選考当日の運営・監督（面接員として参加するケースも稀にあり）、候補者への合否連絡

・Selection：人事データベースへの新入社員データの登録

・その他：新たな採用プロセスやツールの導入・整備等に関するGlobal TA teamとのディスカッション
