Associate Consultant:

Job role description: Business Transformation Consultant

You're right at the intersection of technology, people, and process, helping your clients transform how they adapt to shifts in the market, and more closely align their business strategy and vision.

Business Transformation Consultants are important and key players for our clients. You'll be their guide to developing an understanding of their processes, goals and objectives to define their future state, then help them get there.

You'll help clients understand leading technologies and the impact they can have on traditional business processes. You'll have an opportunity to build a powerful portfolio of interesting and rewarding experiences, taking advantage of opportunities to master new skills, learning about and becoming an expert in our client's industries, and tackle new challenges.

Job role description: Associate Applications Consultant

Come help us usher clients into a new age of future-looking technology. You'll be assisting clients in the selection, implementation, and support of applications, methodology, and tools. You'll be trained up to perform as an expert on existing and/or new applications specialized around things like Cloud, Blockchain, DevOp, Enterprise Applications, and Mobile. You will help our clients integrate enterprise-wide data for improved performance and efficiency.

Job role description: Associate Package Consultant

Calling on technical thinkers to help us assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. You'll use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. You'll be trained and become an expert packages for existing and new applications- such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or SharePoint solution suite and be well versed to speak with clients and make strategic recommendations.

Associate Designer:

You believe good design and delightful interactions can turn even the most futurist technology into a wonderful user experience. As an Associate Designer, you'll focus on customer and employee strategies that explore opportunities to improve digital innovation, addressing user needs and designing world-class digital experiences.
You'll create user experience designs and prototypes to test your ideas. You'll share your knowledge and collaborate with your team to address ambiguous, complex problems and projects. Applying User Experience, Design Thinking, and Information Architecture methods, you'll help to uncover user and business requirements in the context of the technical landscape. Associate Data scientist:

You uncover the stories hidden in data, and find patterns in the numbers. As an Associate Data Scientist, you'll put this skill to work to solve business problems by preparing, analyzing, and understanding data to deliver insight, predict emerging trends, and provide recommendations for better results. You'll use a variety of data (structured, unstructured, IoT streaming), analytics, AI tools, and programming languages often using a cloud infrastructure to handle the volume and veracity of data streams.
Armed with data, modeling expertise, and analytic results, as an Associate Data Scientist, you'll formulate conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders in an organization's leadership structure, leveraging strong consulting, communication, visualization, and storytelling skills.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
