As a Product Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for the external positioning of our product, inbound and outbound marketing activities, and the creation of sales tools. The Product Marketing Manager will develop strategic marketing plans for IBM Security through market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and business planning. Working closely with offer management and Research and development (R&D), you will craft the market facing messaging and positioning. You'll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand and sales results.

In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert in buyer personas - how they buy and their buying criteria - and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel. As a product champion in the market, you will help drive the product value proposition and gain insights that enable you to contribute to our broader go-to-market strategy. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.
In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for IBM Trusteer's advanced fraud protection product family, which includes expertise on the offerings, market and our competitors.

This role will serve as a marketing interface to the business and will be responsible for:
·  Creating impactful and differentiated product positioning and messaging, understand the market landscape and competitive landscape
·  Managing product launch activities and provide marketing guidance to cross-functional teams working across offering manage, performance marketing and sales
·  Developing marketing campaigns materials including collateral assets and compelling marketing offers to drive pipeline and achieve revenue growth objectives
·  Creating thought leadership content including writing blogs, speaking engagements, client presentations and more
·  Creating impactful sales tools and support enablement efforts for sellers and partners with presentations, demos, training, white papers and more
·  Serve as a subject matter expert at IBM and customer events, and webinars including attending and speaking at IBM, customer, partner and industry events, webinars, customer engagements and more. Successful candidates will have a thorough understanding of the fraud market, background in the fraud market or banking/financial services, and be able to collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, sales, research and offering management.

Skills:
·  Strong writing and content development skills and the ability to create compelling marketing collateral
·  Demonstrated presentation and speaking skills
·  Up to 25% travel to support global conferences, client events
·  Collaborative across the organization, working across teams in marketing, sales, research, offering management with the ability to navigate across multiple groups
·  Proven a track record of executing marketing programs in fast paced environment
