Introduction
System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services.  Sound pretty important?  Absolutely!  You will advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client's IT operation.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a IBM Logo Storage, you are expected to work on all type of Technical Field support & Maintaining all type of entry / mid / enterprise IBM & OEM storage systems –Storage Arrays and Tape Libraries(BM DS8XXX / XIV / SVC / V7000 / V5000 storage / Brocade SAN / Cisco SAN / TL 35XX storage). You will need to visit the domestic client's offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.

Responsibilities:
·  Technical Field support & Maintaining all type of entry / mid / enterprise IBM & OEM storage systems –Storage Arrays and Tape Libraries(BM DS8XXX / XIV / SVC / V7000 / V5000 storage / Brocade SAN / Cisco SAN / TL 35XX storage)
·  Basic Storage hardware troubleshooting knowledge ,
·  Product line exposure on DS8K, XIV, SVC, V7000, SAN Switches, Tape Library
·  Knowledge on installation, configuration, troubleshooting of IBM Storage products.
·  Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Min 3-5 years of experience with experience in the following areas:
·  Technical Field support & Maintaining all type of entry / mid / enterprise IBM & OEM storage systems –Storage Arrays and Tape Libraries(BM DS8XXX / XIV / SVC / V7000 / V5000 storage / Brocade SAN / Cisco SAN / TL 35XX storage) Expertise of OS Clustering,
·  Install, configure, and manage IBM storage systems and related components.
·  Monitor storage system performance and implement optimization strategy
·  Ensure data integrity, availability, and reliability
·  Collaborate with other IT teams, including network administrators, system administrators, and database administrators, to ensure seamless integration of storage solutions with the overall IT infrastructure
