[Job Description]
Counseling on IP issues, including patent filings, patent licensing, and non-patent matters, for internal clients in R&D, Services and/or IP Licensing organzations, in communication with the global IP team.

Overall IP related matters

[Desired experience]
A few years of experience in handling cases before Japan Patent Office
(数年間の対特許庁手続）

[Desired skills]
必須：弁理士
IP skills including preparations and prosecutions before Japan Patent Office (experiences to handle counterparted applications are preferred), the technical knowledge in IT, and English skill of around or above TOEIC 850.
(対特許庁手続を含めた知財分野における実務スキル(内外-外内出願の経験あれば尚可）、IT分野における技術的知識、 およびTOEIC８５０点程度以上の英語力）

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Intellectual Property Law: At least 3 years experience
