• 센터내 고객 대상 이벤트 준비 및 세팅, IT/AV 활용에 대한 기술지원
• AV 장비 관리 및 유지보수, 활용 가이드 문서화
- AV 인프라 관리항목 : 프로젝터 (소니, 앱슨), 스마트보드, LCD 멀티비전,
Crestron 장비 (HDMI 매트릭스 스위처, 메인 컨트롤러, 제어용 SW),
Acrocom 월 컨트롤러, 무선 마이크 및 스피커 등 각종 음향장비, Content Management System
- IT 인프라 관리항목 : PC(랩탑, 데스크탑, 태블릿), 네트워크

[Technical Development Benefit Points]
1) 선임자에게 업무전반 (IT/AV 기술 및 사내 관련 프로세스)에 대한 OJT (On the Job Training) 및 멘토링
2) IBM Middleware, Cloud, Analytics, Watson 등 다양한 솔루션에 대한 교육 기회
3) 본인이 원할 경우, 프로그래밍 교육 또는 소규모 프로젝트 진행 지원
