Introduction
Customer success manager at IBM is a professional technical role, who performs one's mission with deep technical skills and knowledge.
Develops concrete use cases based on the discussion with clients, to achieve the clients to experience the value of IBM's software products.

Your Role and Responsibilities
To IBM's existing clients with contracts of IBM software,
·  support to develop or materialize use cases
·  design solutions architecture, develop MVP
·  support of deployment of IBM software, utilize Red Hat OpenShift platforms
·  expand the usage of IBM products or technology by activities above, lead the update of IBM software contracts
·  collaborate with business partners, and IBM employees in other teams such as sales, technical sales, service, support and development etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Highly-business level of Japanese language
Technical knowledge and skills for container, enterprise software, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS and cloud application
·  develop demos and MVPs and show clients the usage of our products
·  skills of presentation and technical / business knowledge of clients
·  communication skills and problem solving skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Knowledge and hands on skills for Hybrid Cloud, OpenShift
·  Technical knowledge of IBM Middleware, Software, Cloud Services
·  Working experience as Customer Success Manager for enterprise software
