Your Role and Responsibilities
We propose and deliver a number of projects to promote application development and maintenance and modernisation based on long-term contracts.
In these projects, we do not regard the customer's request as merely a provider of personnel or a means of reducing costs, but as a reform of the customer's IT structure, and provide proposals and delivery based on the issues at hand.
The role is to:
· Lead the delivery of IT strategy projects after the contract has been signed. Participate in and lead delivery start-up and implementation of change measures,
· Participate in and promote the establishment of various change measures and delivery systems/processes.
· Take the lead in the transition and transformation and subsequent maintenance and maintenance development phases.
· Be responsible for the implementation and localisation of overseas case studies and knowledge into Japanese projects and will work with other customers who are proactive in this area, building use cases and making proposals to other customers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
PL and PM experience in large projects (maintenance, outsourcing etc. welcome)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· Experience in leading customer transformation.
· Experience in process standardisation.
· Experience of process improvement using RPA and AI.
