Your Role and Responsibilities
*Business-level Japanese (N1) is required for this position.

• A person who always thinks about the client, has a high awareness of the issues from the industry and client's point of view, and has the ability to think through the solutions.
• The ability to not only create a vision of what a strategic planning project should look like, but also have a strong will and ability to execute to make it a reality.
• Curious about cutting-edge technologies such as mobile and social.
You will provide consulting and project support services from various OI activities in the digital marketing domain, where Adobe solutions excel. 
•Maintain and build relationships with Adobe, our strategic partner.
•Identification and proposal activities for Adobe Solution projects.
•Developing Adobe solution projects in collaboration with internal industry-specific teams.
•Maintain and build a good partnership with Adobe.
•Business planning to expand the Adobe delivery workforce.
•The following tasks related to digital marketing projects with a focus on Adobe solutions.
•Strategic planning/concept development.
•Organizational and operational reform.
•System development support.
•Change management support.
•Implementation support.
•Project management support, etc.
Levels of positions available
•Executive level: As the person responsible for overseeing the business, the candidate must be able to ensure the quality, delivery, and client relationships of the Adobe business, and contribute to sales activities and organizational expansion.
•Project Manager Level: As the person in charge of a project, the candidate should be able to ensure delivery quality, build trusting relationships with clients, and lead projects with smooth team management.
•Consultant level: Able to proactively present solutions to client issues in individual projects.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
*Business-level Japanese (N1) is required for this position.

•Experience in Saas marketing solutions business such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.
•Ability to think logically.
•Communication skills in English (intermediate or above).
•Leadership skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
*Business-level Japanese (N1) is required for this position.

•Pre-sales experience in digital marketing solutions

•Partner sales experience with solution vendors

•TOEIC 730 equivalent

•Able to read English e-mails and documents. Higher English proficiency will increase opportunities for activities.

•Japanese language skills at a business level or above are required.
