Your Role and Responsibilities
Lead the test promotion team for medium to large scale custom development projects. Lead the preparation of test plans, test result reports, and other documents for each test phase, as well as discussions/directions between the client/project team.
Prepare test policies, overall test plans, test plans for each test phase, test result reports, and other documents.
Communicate/negotiate with multiple teams (development, infrastructure, transition, etc.) to compile test policies/plans and test result reports, considering project risks.
Conduct quality analysis such as Defect analysis, source code static analysis, etc., and explain the results of quality evaluation to the client.
If the quality results are undesirable, we will develop appropriate quality actions to remedy the quality risk of the project as soon as possible.
JAPCONS
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Experience as a test leader in a test promotion team with 5 or more members (and sufficient leadership).
· Experience in upstream to downstream development is desirable.
· Negotiation and communication skills with customers/team members.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· Communication skills to control customer expectations (sufficient work experience required).
· English proficiency (TOEIC 730 or CEFR 2+ is desirable, taking into consideration the possibility of working with global clients).
· Ability to read English e-mails and documents. A high level of English proficiency will increase the scope of activities and opportunities.
