We are growing, and are now recruiting talented graduates or students about to graduate from university, to our Consulting by Degrees Program in Stockholm as well as to our offices in Gothenburg and Malmö. Consulting by Degrees is a 2-year development program for top performing and talented graduates. You will accelerate your career, by combining client project work across industries with focused training and mentoring. You will be able to try different roles, across technology and business consulting, and find what best suits you.

Business Consultants work with our clients to address new and often technology-enabled opportunities, as well as solve specific business problems. The range of projects may vary from shorter strategy consulting assignments to larger scale implementations of e.g. SAP.

In this diverse and exciting role, you may be involved through all or any part of a project life cycle, contributing by:
·  Understanding the client's requirements and analysing the business context; for instance, to optimize core business processes in a supply chain
·  Designing and developing business solutions as a functional consultant within your area of expertise to create value for our clients
·  Advising clients on best practice or recommended strategy; for instance, how to best organize for multi-channel marketing
·  As a project manager delivering solutions; either in small teams or supporting large international programs Business consulting is varied: the path you take and the velocity of your progression will be largely in your hands!
