Here at IBM, we're looking to develop a new generation of talented & ambitious consultants working within the Cognitive Process Re-engineering Blockchain team to help our clients on their journey to digital transformation and reinvention. We deliver the services & solutions that enable clients to improve their business processes, reduce their transaction costs and interact with their ecosystem in a completely different way.

As an entry-level Blockchain consultant, you will be exposed to different aspects of our clients' businesses, including business value assessment together with the client, conducting Design Thinking workshops and accompanying the client in his Blockchain journey. The work will be project-based and typically at the client's location. Assignment duration varies from a couple of weeks to several months, depending on the type of engagement, giving you exposure to many different business environments.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
·  At least a bachelor's degree with work experience or master's degree technology management coupled with business management, or economics.
·  Affinity for new technologies & trends, ideally already familiar with the concept of Blockchain
·  Demonstrated history of achievement and leadership in academics, internships, and work
·  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
·  Ability to work independently as well as in an agile team environment
·  Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Passionate about identifying, designing, and building solutions to challenging issues and problems
·  Technical experience with Blockchain technologies is a plus
·  Fluent in German and English How to apply:
