As an Entry-level SAP/Oracle consultant, the candidate will join the SAP or Oracle service area. They will also develop their expertise in the SAP or Oracle solution suite, and help our clients integrate enterprise-wide data for improved performance and efficiency. The candidate will also join Consulting by Degrees — our world-class leadership and development program designed to provide the full-spectrum of structured training, development, and practical experience necessary to successfully launch and accelerate their career. The candidate will contribute right away to top-tier clients in collaboration with smart people in a dynamic team environment. The candidate will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs, promote accountability, and optimize performance. What do we look for in an Entry-level SAP/Oracle Consultant?

·  Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines while maintaining focus despite conflicting demands

·  Initiative to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills

·  Effective interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and team with others

·  Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively
