Job description

Position: it is IBM CRM L2 supporting AP and European time zone user for the questions, they will directly communicate with end user(IBM seller and sales Managers) to understanding their requirement and resolve their issues, they need communicate with L3 team while any code changes is required.

Skill requirement:
. language : strong English communication skill as primary, Japanese is better to have as the position will also support JP users.
. technical: must have SQL skills, Database knowledge, Java, PHP or other scripts experiences are plus.

Working time: shift working time to cover AP & European.

Working location: Dalian, TianDi office.
