We are looking for a sales representative for a customer in the financial industry. You will be responsible for enabling our customers' transformation through technology.

Sales professionals in the Technology Business Unit are responsible for ensuring that IBM products and services are used not only to improve internal business efficiency, but also to enhance the competitiveness of our customers. In addition to introducing products and services, they are also responsible for building company-to-company relationships by building trust with many people from management to those in charge.
Specifically, this position will approach the customer's management, business units, and system departments to correctly understand the technology the customer needs and what they want to achieve; understand IBM's value and points of differentiation; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including departments and business partners, to make proposals to the customer; and provide the customer with the best possible service. Provide solutions to customers by understanding IBM's value and differentiators Your role will be to gather information on daily changing market and technology trends, case studies from IBM in Japan and overseas, and deliver them to our customers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales, with experience in building relationships with a wide range of customers from the field to the management level (communication skills).
Experience in understanding customer issues and solving them with our solutions (consultation skills)
Experience in achieving numerical targets as a salesperson (selling skills)
Knowledge and experience in the financial industry (industry skills)
Basic knowledge and experience in IT technology (technology skills)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
English communication skills (video conferencing, email, phone calls, etc.)
