Job description
The HR Delivery Process Owner is responsible for working with Hiring Managers and providing customer satisfaction with IBM's RPO services. The HR Delivery Process Owner will work closely with the client, IBM's operation management, and staff. The person in this role will define, develop, plan and implement recruiting strategies to provide a qualified candidate pool. This role requires project management and recruiting experience to meet customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities:
· Works with client Hiring Managers and business unit leaders to define and document hiring forecasts
· Upon approval of a new requisition, partner with recruiters to work with hiring manager to set expectations and requirements
· Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring that process and the work of recruiters handling it to identify, recommend areas for improvement, and to ensure best practices at all times
· Manage the distribution of work amongst recruiters
· Serve as the 1 st escalation point for recruiters
· Interpret data and identify trends
· Improve the operations report structure and/or model new reports
· Improve upon current documentation standards and quality control
· Ensure client SLAs and other deliverables are met and reported on a regular basis to management
· Utilize Applicant Tracking System (and other program tools)
· Participate in client meetings at the direction of the Operations Director and/or Client Relationship Director
· Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times
· Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· At least 3 years experience in RPO
· At least 2 years experience building relationships and consulting with Hiring Managers through the open requisition, sourcing, debrief and offer stages
· At least 2 years experience in computer skills including in-depth internet knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and database applications
· Bachelor's degree
· Fluency in English
· ATS management experience
