Job description

The HR Delivery Process Owner is responsible for the leadership of a designated process / service line.

Their key responsibilities are in the areas of process co-ordination and process development.

They are responsible for ensuring that a continuous improvement plan for their service, including use of Six Sigma, is in place.

They are responsible for optimizing performance against Service Level Agreements; they may have budget responsibility; they are responsible for developing leadership expertise / SME knowledge in their service line.

They are responsible for project management, portfolio, transformation initiatives, compliance (business controls, internal controls, separation of duties, compliance testing) and also have ownership of the Business Continuity Plan.

Issue Management
• Acts as the SPOC in investigation and resolution of client escalations
• Interface with Account Management team
• Applies Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to issues/misses and generates an appropriate and effective solution in order to prevent the same miss and satisfy the client
• Conduct RCA deep dive, logging issue in Issue Management systems

Projects
• Process or Project Changes / New Scope or Descope of Process – solutioning
• Provide support to the Ops Managers to review and sign-off all process-specific transition works
• Analyze how complex requests from clients can be addressed and communicate result to team
• Achieve operational efficiencies to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Drive programs to achieve quality and continuous improvements
• Work hand-in-hand with leaders of Transformation projects
• Identify requirements by coordinating with HR IT and raising service request tickets to customize functions in the different HR systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, SAP, AdviseHR)
• Identifies and test User Requirements as it pertains to the system

Training
• Work hand-in-hand with the Domain Trainer, Peer-Trainers to provide training to new Practitioners on the current processes and practices
• Acts as the team's process expert and provides mentorship to the rest of the resources on overall Employee Data Management processing and concepts.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Bachelor's Degree required
·  3-6 Years of experience in the same field
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
·  Knowledge of and experience with SAP, Peoplesoft, and other HRMS applications is an advantage
