Job description

Serve as HR consultant on external IBM outsourcing deals developing the HR solution and managing the entire HRBD process.

That process includes but is not limited to the following:
·  RFP responses, oral presentations
·  HR Due Diligence,
·  Negotiating HR terms and conditions
·  Developing an employee communication strategy
·  Contract review
·  Managing the entire change management process for rebadged employees
