Job description
Serve as HR consultant on external IBM outsourcing deals developing the HR solution and managing the entire HRBD process.
That process includes but is not limited to the following:
· RFP responses, oral presentations
· HR Due Diligence,
· Negotiating HR terms and conditions
· Developing an employee communication strategy
· Contract review
· Managing the entire change management process for rebadged employees

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· At least 2 years experience in Manage Projects
· At least 3 years experience in Change Management Consulting
· At least 3 years experience in Use Communication Skills
· At least 1 year experience in Developing Client Solutions
· Basic knowledge in Understand Core HR Disciplines
· At least 3 years experience in General Buisness & Change Management Consulting
