Join IBM and support a Japanese customer as an HR Advisor!
The HR Advisor is an integral part of IBM and HR. In this role you will be part of a team, delivering HR services for an external client of IBM. You'll have a blended role, being responsible for two key activities:
Contact Centre Representative (CC) is the first contact point between the customer employees and the customer's HR Department with HR related queries received through incoming call, email, or chat. Ad-hoc travel might be required.
Employee Data Management (EDM) is the execution of multiple different transactions in the HR System of our customer, including: New hire administration, personal/company data change, absences, leavers.

*Work schedule: night shift between 2:00-10:30 am CET.
