Introduction
As part of the zSoftware development team, you would be developing, testing and supporting industry leading integration products that are central to digital transformation for large organizations. You will be part of the TXSeries and CICS TX development team (part of CICS portfolio), which is owned fully by the India Systems Development Lab. Being partof this team will provide an opportunity to drive the growth of zSoftware business , hence making a lasting impact on large organizations that have a major impact on world economy.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a member of this dynamic team you would:
·  Apply analytical ability, creativity and judgement in analysing, developing and implementing software solutions to complex requirements
·  Define, recommend, and implement solutions through co-creation with our clients and to the highest standard
·  Understand and deliver enterprise scale solutions in line with the latest software development practices
·  Be a self-starter who demonstrates creativity, technical curiosity, and, an enthusiasm for innovation
·  Demonstrate leadership and a passion for growth, both in yourself and in those around you
·  Assume additional responsibilities as required by the project including an interest and willingness to get involved in dev and test
·  Bring your deep knowledge of Kubernetes and share and drive best practices with a team from a mixed CICS/ z/OS/ Cloud background.
·  Collaborate with an international team based across global IBM locations

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Individual contributor will be part of the EDA DFT tool development team
·  3-8 years of experience in software development
·  Excellent software skill – Golang, Python and scripting skills.
·  Good knowledge and understanding of Containers, Kubernetes.
·  Proven problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment are a must
·  Good communication skills & the skill to work with teams across geographies. Ability to continuously improvise and innovate to resolve challenges efficiently.
