Your Role and Responsibilities

·  The Global Expense Examiner is an integral member of the Global Expense Monitoring, Compliance and Analysis Program (GEMCAP) and will execute in-depth analysis of Expenses flowing through Expense Reimbursement System
· 
·  Responsible for day to day activities related to expense examination following a set methodology
·  Use analytical tools and judgment to identify high risk behavior/employees and primarily looks for fraudulent and inappropriate activity within one or more geographic markets
·  Resolve cases based on findings and make judgmental decisions on potential areas within the examination that require further investigation and deviation from standard procedures
·  Interact with employees, management and executives on a regular basis. The role provides expert advice and counsel to senior professionals and executive management
·  Provide recommendations to management on policy changes, limit adjustments or process changes related to expenses

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Experience with Audit, Business Controls
·  Must be proficient in the use of Excel and working with large amounts of data including sorting, filtering and creating pivot tables to delve deep into the data
·  Understanding of Global Travel Policy
·  English: Fluent
