The Global Asset Recovery Service (GARS) entity of IGF is within IBM the channel responsible for development, coordination, authorization and execution of all secondary channel sales and wholesale broker activity.

The Global Asset Recovery Sales (GARS) Product Analyst is a key liaison between GARS sellers, GARS product manager and the manufacturing/refurbishment centers in Romania / Germany. The responsibility starts with the order entry for PC and Storage units and end with broker collection activities including all payment information and reconciliation.

Key responsibilities:
·  Supporting the Storage and HVLC Product Manager and GARS seller
·  Communicate with broker, vendor, supplier to support CFER activities in Romania and
·  Managing the broker sales process in line with the GARS policies – mainly:
·  Set up broker auction (manual and in PTX tool)
·  Control the buyer status
·  Track and reconcile payment
·  Manage SAP transaction (reserve inventory / create sales)
·  Organise pick up
·  Create and analyse inventory reports
·  Manage ad'hoc requests
·  Support broker purchase (from order until payment and reconciliation)
·  Lead process simplifications focusing on HCLV order / on the new process via a new plant
·  Maintain an overall strong control posture

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  English: Fluent
·  2-3 years relevant work experience
·  Good IT skills (SAP knowledge is a plus, good knowledge of excel)
·  Good knowledge of process management – GARS knowledge is a plus
·  Good communication skills, ability to work with different team ( finance, sales, operations)
