The Global Asset Recovery Service (GARS) entity of IGF is within IBM the channel responsible for development, coordination, authorization and execution of all secondary channel sales and wholesale broker activity.

The EPP program is focused on the external sales of new and refurbished consumer electronics to IBM and select external company employees.
Responsibilities:

GARS Europe EPP administrator
·  handling of EPP orders for GARS EUROPE from order receipt until shipment
·  coordination of ongoing customer claims
·  reconciliation of AR and internal costs
·  participation in innovation projects to improve the efficiency of the EPP program
