Your Role and Responsibilities
Seeking a front-end developer to join the foundation(platform) UI team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in front-end development using React, typescript, ES6+. As a key member of the team you will contribute to the current migration of code base from AngularJS to React. This is a wonderful learning and growth opportunity as we re-architecture and design an existing enterprise application. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, collaboration and above all willing to contribute ideas and opinions without concern.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Several years of web app development experience ( HTML, CSS, Javascript ES6)
Understanding and experience with React, Angular, Vue, or other modern JS frameworks (Preferably React)
Understanding of data structures, Big O Notation
Testing, debugging and resolving performance concerns

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Understanding of SOLID principals of OOP, design patterns, architecture
* Ability to break down UI designs into extensible/modifiable/reusable/responsive component architectures
* Familiarity with TypeScript (or experience with other strongly typed languages)
* BONUS: Full Stack, Java, Spring, Swagger, CSS preprocessors, Agile software development methodologies, Carbon design system, agile software development methodologies
