PowerVM - Power Hypervisor
Cognitive Systems Enterprise Software Development (CSSD) is hiring software engineers for PowerVM Power Hypervisor Bus Transport (XM) development. We develop the infrastructure for IBM Power systems by developing leading edge technologies in hardware enablement, virtualization, management console, kernel development and networking. Candidates should have team-based software development experience including C++, embedded systems, scripting languages, and testing techniques. Candidates should be self-starters, demonstrated communicators, and able to work well with a group of peers. This role develops and maintains embedded firmware / software associated with the next generation of IBM Power products.
