Finance Center Education Coordinator

Job description

The Finance Center Education Coordinator will act as an education focal point for Sofia location of the European Finance Centre. He will closely collaborate with Finance population, Managers, Education team, Center leaders.

Responsibilities:

- Full responsibility for coordination of education portfolio for the Sofia Finance Center
- Close interlock with the EFC Education team in Bratislava
- Interlock with Sofia Finance Center leader and the management team
- Coordination of internal/external offerings
- Working closely with facilitators and ensure that they receive feedback after their sessions
- Alignment of education schedule with course coordinators (Bratislava) and local lead facilitator (Sofia)
- Planning of next year's education portfolio
- Responsible for education stationary

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Excellent MS Office skills - Excel and Power Point
- 1-2 years of Finance Experience (not a must)
- Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Facilitation skills appreciated
- Fluent English
- Experience in a multinational environment would be considered as an advantage
