Introduction
I'm Urban and I lead IBM Innovation Studio in Stockholm, one of two studios and teams in Northern Europe.

We are now looking for our team member #10. Our mission is to contribute towards innovation and sustainability in organizations and society. We do that by inspiring and jointly explore how to apply (the latest) technology to reach further. Our engagements are done both individually, together with a single organization and IBM colleagues, and in open innovation programs, collaborating with to startup founders. A recent example is IBM fintechx.

Here we assisted a handful of European fintechs to explore and prototype how to use generative AI inside their applications, while providing insights and potential collaborators to a group of established banks (ibm.biz/fintechx).

Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a student to contribute to our engagements and open innovation programs together with clients, partners, founders and fellow IBMers at our Studio. The job includes both external- and internal activities including:

- Help to prepare, execute and documentation of individual studio engagements.
- Contribute to planning, coordination, communication and execution of open innovation programs.
- Internal and external communication (copy/images) related to Studio engagements and programs.
- Plan, execute and follow-up internal and external coordinating meetings for engagement and programs.
- Contribute to development of Studio method and practices.

The job will be self-paced following agreed responsibilities and work hours and you will take directions from me.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

What we look for in you

- Responsible, ambitious can-do attitude, self-motivated, eager and open to learn, personal interest and curiosity in either: business- or tech innovation, entrepreneurship, technology.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
- Having 2 years or more left of your university education.
- A big plus is hands-on experience from either: business consulting, startup industry, communication, project management or app development.
