We are seeking an Ecosystem Product Success Manager to help fuel our next phase of growth.
The Ecosystem Product Success Manager will work alongside business partners and global system integrators with a focus on mobilizing them be successful with Envizi led and supported solutions.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will work within the Envizi Product Success team and have interfaces with the Envizi Product team and Ecosystem GTM teams to facilitate understanding of how business partners and global system integrators can use Envizi to develop partner led solutions.

Responsibilities would include:
·  Be a subject matter expert of how Business Partners can generate value from the use of Envizi’s solutions.
·  Facilitating technical workshops, including requirements gathering, product training and solution implementation best practices.
·  Solution definition & design
·  Develop and deliver skills development, training and knowledge sharing systems.
·  Partner with and foster relationships with executive stakeholders internally and externally
·  Ecosystem Product Enablement: provide Product and technical implementation support to the ecosystem team.
·  Technical selling, including supporting product demonstrations and technical sales collateral.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  2+ years of experience supporting software revenue growth through business partner channels.
·  1+ year experience implementing and configuration SaaS software solutions.
·  Strong program management experience.
·  Experience working in data management and or business intelligence software products.
·  Strong written and verbal communications skills, including technical communication skills.
·  Client/Partner facing experience.
·  Strong relationship building skills.
·  Ability to influence cross-functional teams both internally and externally to achieve outcomes.
·  Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agile environment.
